加拿大pc召開2022屆畢業生頂崗實習工作部署大會

       

?為進一步(bu)做好2022屆畢(bi)業生頂崗實習有關(guan)工作(zuo),9月1日下午,加(jia)拿大(da)pc在教(jiao)202教(jiao)室召開2022屆畢(bi)業生頂崗實習工作(zuo)部署(shu)大(da)會,黨(dang)總支姚(yao)堅書記(ji)、楊照明副院(yuan)長(chang)及全(quan)體(ti)參與頂崗實習指導(dao)教(jiao)師參加(jia)了會議,會議由肖自乾副院(yuan)長(chang)主持。

首先,由肖自乾(qian)副院長(chang)部署2022屆畢業生(sheng)(sheng)頂(ding)(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)工(gong)作。他(ta)領學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)“教育(yu)部(bu)等(deng)五(wu)部(bu)門(men)關于印發《職(zhi)業學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)管(guan)理(li)規定》的通(tong)知”精(jing)神(shen),傳(chuan)達學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)作會議(yi)精(jing)神(shen);對目前加(jia)拿(na)大(da)pc2022屆畢業生(sheng)(sheng)開展頂(ding)(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)有關要(yao)求進行強調和部(bu)署,要(yao)求嚴格按照加(jia)拿(na)大(da)pc學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)頂(ding)(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)有關文件執行。各(ge)(ge)指(zhi)導(dao)教師方面必須與(yu)所指(zhi)導(dao)的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)建立良(liang)好(hao)溝(gou)通(tong)機制(zhi),加(jia)快推進實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)指(zhi)導(dao)過程(cheng)管(guan)理(li)信(xin)息化,實(shi)(shi)時(shi)掌握(wo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)動態,維(wei)護學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)利益(yi),輔導(dao)員、班(ban)主任(ren)也要(yao)跟進管(guan)理(li),叮囑學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)積極(ji)配合完成各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)頂(ding)(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)任(ren)務,不從事任(ren)何違法(fa)違紀活(huo)動,做(zuo)好(hao)疫(yi)情(qing)期間學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安全方面管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作。

接(jie)著,楊照明(ming)副院長就(jiu)頂(ding)崗(gang)實(shi)習學生(sheng)管理工(gong)作(zuo)提(ti)出要(yao)求: 一是(shi)要(yao)認(ren)真學習《職業學校(xiao)學生(sheng)實(shi)習管理規定》,并(bing)嚴格貫徹落實(shi)到(dao)位;二是(shi)要(yao)及(ji)時(shi)掌握學生(sheng)動態,班主任和輔導員對(dui)(dui)頂(ding)崗(gang)實(shi)習過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)反(fan)饋的問題要(yao)及(ji)時(shi)跟進、解(jie)決;三是(shi)要(yao)熟悉蘑(mo)菇丁的各項功能,對(dui)(dui)管理過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)出現的各種(zhong)(zhong)問題要(yao)及(ji)時(shi)交流解(jie)決,確保(bao)頂(ding)崗(gang)實(shi)習學生(sheng)教(jiao)育管理按質按量完成。四是(shi)要(yao)反(fan)復提(ti)醒學生(sheng)做好各種(zhong)(zhong)安(an)全防(fang)范(fan)工(gong)作(zuo)。

最后,姚堅書記就頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)基本要(yao)求(qiu)、頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)組織(zhi)、管(guan)(guan)理(li)及(ji)各(ge)部(bu)門分工(gong)、二級(ji)學(xue)院(yuan)和(he)指導(dao)老(lao)師(shi)頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)自工(gong)作(zuo)職責再次做(zuo)了強(qiang)調,要(yao)求(qiu)指導(dao)老(lao)師(shi)要(yao)采(cai)取(qu)現場管(guan)(guan)理(li)、巡回走訪、電話(hua)跟(gen)蹤(zong)、在線(xian)服務等(deng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)方式結合(he),做(zuo)好對每一個學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)跟(gen)蹤(zong)指導(dao)并做(zuo)好指導(dao)記錄,及(ji)時(shi)掌握學(xue)生(sheng)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過程中的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)種情況,隨(sui)時(shi)向學(xue)院(yuan)匯報(bao)并及(ji)時(shi)處理(li)。同時(shi),他對頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)工(gong)作(zuo)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)指導(dao)性(xing)意見。他說,目(mu)前(qian),頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)普遍存(cun)在的(de)(de)(de)問題(ti)主要(yao)有(you)(you): 企(qi)業對學(xue)生(sheng)頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)投入有(you)(you)限,指導(dao)老(lao)師(shi)帶隊水平以及(ji)校企(qi)溝通能力(li)(li)不強(qiang)和(he)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)適應能力(li)(li)和(he)逆商較低等(deng),我們(men)要(yao)對頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)工(gong)作(zuo)進行精(jing)細化管(guan)(guan)理(li),他從精(jing)細化管(guan)(guan)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)必要(yao)性(xing),頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)細化籌備與計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(含考察并甄選合(he)作(zuo)企(qi)業,制定詳實(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)合(he)作(zuo)協(xie)議和(he)頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)計(ji)劃(hua)(hua),選定經驗豐(feng)富、能力(li)(li)出(chu)(chu)眾的(de)(de)(de)指導(dao)老(lao)師(shi)),頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)前(qian)的(de)(de)(de)心理(li)動員(yuan)與精(jing)細化培訓,頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)過程的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)細化把控,頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)精(jing)細化考核、反饋與總結等(deng)進行闡述,對加拿大pc今后的(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)工(gong)作(zuo)有(you)(you)很(hen)好的(de)(de)(de)指導(dao)意義。
